The Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Foundation (CFAF) is a NJ non-profit organization established in March 2004.  The mission of the CFAF is to increase public awareness of Cystic Fibrosis. The foundation works with organizations that provide valuable medical research towards finding a cure. The CFAF supports groups that provide a better quality of life for those afflicted with Cystic Fibrosis.
